My stay at Jinetes De Osa exceeded all expectations, starting with the exceptional service provided by the hotel and restaurant staff. When faced with a medical issue, the hotel manager, Carlos, went above and beyond to ensure we received the necessary care, arranging doctor visits and even providing translation assistance-a true testament to their dedication to guest well-being. The kitchen staff's willingness to accommodate our needs, such as boiling water for a treatment, was truly commendable and made a significant difference in our stay. The breathtaking views from our sea-view room and the comfortable veranda with chairs allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Drake Bay, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped with three fans that proved to be more effective than air conditioning, offering a comfortable and environmentally-friendly cooling option. Jinetes De Osa stands out not only for its stunning location and comfortable accommodations but also for its exceptional staff, delicious culinary offerings, and thoughtful attention to detail, making it a top recommendation for a memorable and rewarding stay in Drake Bay.
